This poor excuse of a human being.... a complete waste of office oxygen... a pinnacle of ........ well you get the idea Smile...hes a nob lol

Heres some more from the infamous "Mr.X" (I swear you could have thought of a better psudonym for him.... nob works very well.)

A user had called the desk and for once seemed to have some basic IT knowledge and diagnosed her own problem :-o not only a IT literate user... but a FEMALE literate IT user.
Anyway, she stated "Im having some issues logging onto the network via broadband, i think there might be a build up of traffic in the VPN tunnel". Nob then turned round and said in his all to intellectual way...
"Why are you trying to use your laptop on a train"
Im sorry but i fail to see how a VPN tunnel can be mistaken for the channel tunnel or the underground section between arnos grove and finsbury park on the tube.

NUFF SAID! .....
