OFFICE 2007 doing away with the toolbar?!?!?!

In the latest version of the tycoons office package they have completly remade the GUI. The menu bar is apparently going to be non-existent. They felt that there are too many commands to be categorised like this now!?
OH and by the way, if you want a copy ask me I may be able to obtain one from my neighbours friends husbands mother.
