Im currently in the process of learning virus coding. I will be conducting a study of virii in VBS and VB (Visual Basic)
What i am going to do is when i find out how code works and how to implement it, i will post it in this sticky for reference purposes only.
Please do not unleash digital havok on your local company network, the network admins have a **** enough job as it is (Censored my swearing P ;)
Anyway, yeah, right, i wont take any responsibility if you go ahead and compile a virus/worm/logic bomb as i do.
Whats the difference between those three then?
Well a virus infects file...after file... after file...after file and keeps spreading within a system.
A worm is determined to spread by whatever means. Usually through outlook or file shares and IRC.
A logic bomb is basically a worm with a payload, by this i mean that you give it a time to go off and it logically sets itself off on all systems at that point in time. For arguements sake, the chernobyl virus, it spread amongst lots of systems however nothing happened, then one day everyones PC went skitzo. This is because a trigger programmed into the code set off and all at once every existing copy of the virus dumped its payload.
